• Processing PKR transactions: To process deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, IBFT, and other supported Pakistani payment channels. Legal basis: contract performance.

All financial transactions on bet8 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. bet8 takes a specific approach to the handling of payment data that is designed to minimise the risk to players in the event of any security incident.

What bet8 stores: bet8 retains transaction records including amounts, dates, methods, and partial identifiers (for example, the last four digits of a card, or the registered mobile number for an Easypaisa or JazzCash account). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment account used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a fraud prevention measure and also means your PKR goes back to an account you've already verified as your own. bet8 conducts all withdrawals in PKR with no conversion at any stage.

bet8 does not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third-party advertisers or data brokers. Your personal information is shared with third parties only in the following specific, limited circumstances:

• Payment processors: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT banking partners, and card payment gateways receive the minimum data necessary to process your PKR deposit or withdrawal. Each payment processor operates under its own privacy policy and data security standards.
• KYC verification providers: Where identity verification is performed by a specialist third-party KYC provider, that provider processes your identity document and returns a verification result to bet8.
